We’re fortunate to live in the “lucky Country”, Australia, so we get to enjoy many hours of beautiful Sunshine which means we have a far greater chance than anybody to harness the sun’s FREE energy to heat our swimming pools. Solar pool heating uses really little energy and has only a couple of moving parts.

The cool water in your pool is pumped up to the roofing system, where it is warmed by the sun’s thermal energy. The water is then returned to your swimming pool at a warmer temperature level. When your solar swimming pool heating unit is set up, the sun heats your water totally free, considerably decreasing any possible heating costs. This system differs from the Pool Heat Pump System whiich is explained on a seperate page.
